The Radès C project involves the construction of a 450MW combined cycle power plant, financed up to 340 million USD in the form of a loan by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in an Official Development Assistance (ODA) framework.ECAS provides its support services to the EPC contractor, Sumitomo Corporation, and to Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems (MHSP), technology supplier.
